We are new to Connecten, and so far it has been pretty easy to use. I had a weird instance where my router decided to change its name to the default, but it kept the password I set originally. I chatted with Tracy G, and she was awesome and got me all fixed up. Speeds have been usable so far, but time will tell!

Rochelle has always been quick to respond, helpful and checks everything. Excellent customer service and great wifi even in difficult areas.
