Over all the system seems to work great.

Each time I’ve interacted with Connecten’s support team—most recently with Angel—it’s been an excellent experience. As someone who lives on the road and works remotely full-time, reliable connectivity is crucial. Connecten consistently provides peace of mind with their quick responses and outstanding service.

I was having problems with a bad signal and contacted connecten through their chat. Got quick reply with immediate response to the problem. Rochelle V was able to do her magic and get me hooked up with great internet again. What a joy to have quick and easy access for help when having a problem thank you Rochelle and Connecten.

Wasted $400 each on Verizon, AT&T, USCellular and T_Mobile for rural internet: none of these worked and wasted $1600 and six months on futile ripoffs. Connecten Worked right out of the box, always on, always fast and tech help always answers 24/7 and fixes connectivity within minutes. Bravo.

Always nice and polite with quick service

The device is working great and customer service is fantastic. When I had an issue they promptly got to work on it and fixed the issue I was having. When you call you get a person and if you email them they respond very quickly.
