We are not a large company by any means. We have been treated with the same time and resources any other customer we expected would. Our connection rep takes the time needed all days of the week.

Thank you so much for your time to review us and for this positive feedback. Personal touch is important, and we have passed on this feedback to your rep's management team.

PC Connection screwed up my original order, then "temporarily" charged me to send the correct item while they waited for me to return the incorrect item. I returned that item promptly, but still haven't been able to get them to refund this "temporary" charge.
