Very easy to order the items I needed.

The items I needed where in stock. It was during a tight spot when I needed computers.

My order was sent to the wrong address. And nobody could help me with the wrong shipping address the your company used! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!!!!

This was an easy and efficient way to order equipment needed to work from home! The items were securely packaged and trackable.

Connection was the ONLY place that had the item I wanted in stock, and didn't charge an obscene amount for shipping. Shipping was free, which is particularly amazing based on how great the shipping was! The item, in its own strapped thick box, was packed inside of a comically large double-wall corrugated shipping box with a huge amount of air bags to ensure that the item arrived in perfect condition! Shipping was also VERY fast! The entire experience was great. I called them because their web site read, "Limited quantities. Call for next available shipment". I called the next day, and reached an actual person right away. She confirmed that four were in stock, and could ship immediately. Service was superb! I'm a customer for life based on this excellent experience!

Competitive pricing, fast delivery, delivered the correct product, unlike Amazon who delivered the wrong model, twice, which led me to find Connection.

I had to call in because after the purchase i realized it said it wasn't in stock and the operater was very helpful. This was the first time i order from your company later they called and veried the order and got things on the right track.

Not 5 stars due to website search function. Descriptive search does not hit on correct items.
