First time using this company and probably the last. Prices here change daily. If you buy in quantity, they will ship part of your order and put the rest on backorder. That's usually a company's way of hoping that you will cancel the balance of your order. I am still waiting on the balance of my order at this writing. Within hours of me placing my order, I noticed that on-line, the prices began to increase on the same product. Business practices to me are suspicious. I gave it 2 stars, because they did call me to see if it was a legit order. I had placed a quantity of flash drives and they called me to see if I indeed placed the order. The high point in the sale for sure.

We're sorry for this experience, and our customer service will reach out to you over the next day or two with more information on your backorder. As for pricing, our algorithms do update pricing on a continual basis as with most ecommerce sites. Thank you for your thorough review!

This was my first order from Connection. I am retired and have all my mail go to a PO Box for security reasons. I also do not have a land line telephone, having quit using it years ago and currently only use a cell phone. Those items disqualified me from being able to complete this initial order. They said any subsequent orders would be able to be sent to my PO Box, but since I couldn't verify my address over a land line at my physical address they could not send the initial order to me. Frustrating.
