After searching the internet I came across Connection and found quality IT products at great prices. One stop shop and purchased everything I needed for this project.

Order hold and fraud review is excessive. I know you need to mitigate losses and risks, but your policies are not documented and contrary to what your order form actually allows. Manual changes to order information, like changing shipping address, also may cause more problems than they solve.

Thank you for your review! And we're sorry to hear about your experience with our careful fraud monitoring. We will reach out to learn more and improve our process.

The price was cheaper than other online retailers and the shipping was free. The business called to confirm the order since I was a new customer. Very friendly. I purchased an Ergotron monitor stand, very high quality and the price was beat all competition.
