Hi Mustfa, We appreciate your feedback. We do ask Texas residents to go through a soft credit check and if needed, to provide a copy of their driver’s license. You should have also received an email confirming the plan you signed up for after you enrolled. We have sent an email to the address associated with this review requesting additional information.
