We own a small retail business. We’ve been in business for 15 years and decided to hire a business coach/consultant to get a fresh perspective and some new motivation. We wanted to maximize the stores that we have. We interviewed several companies and really liked CBA. They have true entrepreneurial spirits and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about different types of businesses. They have helped us get organized with a structured plan and schedule that we are implementing and continually adding to. Not only are we better organized, we have come up with new strategies, plans and programs that are helping manage our stores better, maximize and gain customers and really hone in on their needs and have brought in more business and sales.
