I´m a customer from germany - and there´s no other support-team in comparison of all german-online-services, that´s not even close friendly, helpful, accommodating and quick to respond as the supporting-team from contactsamerica !!!!!! Unfortunately my latest order was lost in a german returning-center (the reason we do not know until yet), but the support-team from contactsamerica did not waste time and do their best to help me as fast as possible! In addition it´s the only supplier, that offers my favorite contact lenses "Extreme H2O 59 xtra" !

Was very simple to fill out the forms to get my contacts. There was no hassle.

Shipping cost. Other contacts supplier don't charge me shipping. :(

Easy to find what I needed and transparent pricing before checkout. They were able to use my prescription as I uploaded it without having to delay my order to verify with my doctor since it was still within the 1 year expiraration
