I see that others have had the same experience of ordering things and not receiving them. Same thing happened to me. Now I am arguing with someone over email not getting anywhere. Which I only received because I began to give them a 1-star review. So, they emailed me right away. Fake tracking number, fake emails saying the item was on its way. No product. No refund. TOTAL SCAM!

Shipping and communication were top notch... sadly I should have measured my drains, these are too big. But they are well made and would be really nice if they had fit.
