Very easy to navigate.

I was introduced to Convoso at my about 6 months ago. It has a very user-friendly interface for call center agents. The reporting options are robust and the ability to live listen and whisper coach to an agent are amazing! It's a great tool.

Terrible experience. We wasted 30 days negotiating and working with Convoso, only to have them cancel our account last minute due to ‘compliance roadblocks’—even after initially approving our business model. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If compliance was an issue, it should have been addressed upfront, not after a month of discussions.

Love partnering with convoso. The contact rates are excellent when paired with their DID management programs.

Convoso has been a game changer. The platform is user friendly and easy to use . It's well packed with features like dispositions and all the statistics regarding my work. I highly recommend
