I received my black Versace and I love them they're a older model ( but new for me) so I was so glad that they had them when I call customer service they answer my call I ordered the clear pink ones after I received the black ones they was out of my size they only had the larger side but this company offered me $7.65 if I chose the order another pair since they didn't have my size but when I refuse and just wanted a full refund to my credit card baby it wasn't a problem that was yesterday when I got the notice and today my money is back on my card

Value, quality, and delivery of the product. I got 2 pairs of glasses and Im extremely happy. Price is way lower than other companies.

Ordered January 11 and still haven't received. I haven't seen any tracking updates lately either. I would never use this company again. It is spammy and not transparent. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company when it is US based.

The people who answer the phone are super helpful and friendly. I've spoken to Eton several times, and he's always polite and kind. I spoke with a nice woman, as well. There was a mix-up with the frames I ordered, and they have been very efficient in helping to correct the problem.

Great price. Very happy with the glasses

I found frames at a retail store that I liked but they were expensive. So, I searched for the same model frames online and came across the same pair for way less at cool frames. I read the reviews and decided to order. They took about 2 weeks to arrive. Overall, I am happy with them. I forgot they would be so front heavy once the lenses were in. I took them to a store to be adjusted to fit better but they still slide down my nose a little. I would say good value for the price.
