Awful experience. I was shipped the wrong glasses all together. They were purchased for a Christmas gift and would have been here well in time for Christmas but with the error now will not arrive on time. You could make the return label overnight shipping so I don’t have to wait for you to get the glasses you messed up on before I can get the ones I actually ordered.

I've wore these frames for last 10 years, locally can't find anymore, so was happy to find online. Well be ordering a few back up pairs here soon. Update 4/8/23 Received an email about a month ago wanting to make things right with the glasses. I was sent a new pair of frames free of charge. All I had to do was update this review and move the lenses to the new frames myself. Simple enough. The frames are in perfect condition. They took about a week to receive. Got a backup pair of glasses for my 5 year old. The lenses cost twice what the frames did. Website was fairly easy to use and prices are easy to understand. My only complaint is that the glasses arrived bent out of shape. It looks like when the lenses were being put into the frames the arms were over extended. I'm glad this is a backup pair but I'm not thrilled about receiving a $300 pair of glasses that are already damaged.
