Ordered the wrong glasses at first but the exchange process was quick & easy. It was definitely worth the $10 restocking fee because the glasses were still about 40% cheaper than where I last purchased them (Pearl Vision).

Convenient, affordable and arrived quickly enough. Within one week. Was happy with the quality as well. I have since ordered another pair.

I bought the Versace frames. They are black rectangle and far Superior to any other frames are lenses I've had before..

My glasses are beautiful and perfect, the prescription +add ons are accurate. The ordering experience was easy, and the shipping timeline was also accurate to their chart. No complaints. However one thing to note, I went on vacation when my glasses got shipped, and the package was undeliverable because I needed to sign for delivery. So I had to go pick up the box at the post office after I got back, no biggie, but FYI

Product came in good condition. Quality frames as chosen. I have questions about the prescription, but it's hard to reach a rep. My mediocre rating is due to the lack of availability and slow/or no customer service response. No one answers the phone, even at the proper bus. hours given.
