Samantha made everything easy. My situation was a little different in that the website only showed a temple length of 140 for the REV582. Yet, I had her call the company and we found out that they had a 145 in stock, which is what I wear. So, I placed the order online and she snagged it, manually changing the 140 order to 145 before it was sent off to Revolution. I am happy to say the order arrived safely yesterday according to my revised specifications. Good job, Samantha!

Regret ordering from cooframes. I was so excited as they had the glasses I wanted. But it took almost a month to arrive and then I received a card in the office that I owed £25 customs fee. This WAS NOT clear to me when I purchased, would have been much better to have ordered from the actual vogue website. P***** off. They suck.

My 5yo lost his glasses, I paid a 3rd for the exact same product and I have the best service when I had to exchange the frame for a smaller one. Thanks to coolframes we were able to afford replacement right away.
