Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Went to a local optometrist & found frames that I absolutely loved, but of course they were just too expensive. Out of curiosity I looked up the frame brand and came upon this site. After reading the reviews I took a leap & ordered the exact 2 pair of frames. I was really hoping this site would not turn out to be “too good to be true.” W/in a few days I started receiving email updates and w/in week & 1/2, my frames arrived and they are exactly what I tried on locally. I got two different pair of designer frames for less than the cost of what I would have paid for one pair. I have decided that this is the way to go when trying to find reasonably priced designer frames. I will be ordering again for my Husband and my kids.

Great prices and customer service!

I had such a great experience with cool frames.com. I highly recommend.

This was the first time I’ve ordered frames online and I can tell you it was the easiest process either through cool frames! The frames shipped and came in a very timely manner and cool frames was awesome at updating me of the status along the way. Will definitely order frames through here again!

Perfect, Reasonable price. Delivered on time. Great condition. No issues at all. I would recommend to individuals that have their prescription

good price, fast delivery

Frames are great. Just what I expected. Price was okay. Shipping was slow.

Horrible! 20% restock fee and I had to pay my own shipping for a product I purchased and wasn’t satisfied with. I ended paying $53 in restock and shipping cost, for s product I returned. Ridiculous! Never again! Learn what the definition of customer service means, and then how to execute it.
