Glasses arrived in a timely manner and prescription is good.

Changing my review ti 5 star - previous was 1 star because I received an email 2 days ago that my glasses were delivered and they were not. I thought they were gone forever or delivered to a wrong address or something. As luck would have it, 2 hours after I wrote the bad review they showed at my door. Tried on the glasses and Purrrrrrrrfect!

Very bad first experience 😣 I ordered my glasses on April 21st, we are May 12th and haven’t received those yet. No tracking number neither That’s bad, real bad

You sent me a broken pair of glasses. I asked to have another set sent here and I have the lenses put in, but they want me to mail them back. I’ll pay to have them fixed and just will not do business with you people again.

Even though I did not keep my frames, the customer service was outstanding and I received the refund as promised.
