Order # 1279756, I ordered 2 pair of glasses after I provided cool frames with my eye glass prescription. My regular glasses were perfect, my sunglasses, however were a different story, I ordered Polarized Brown Plastic Lenses with Scratch, UV and AR, when they arrived there was a little discolouration on the lenses and my view when wearing the glasses was distorted, I thought it was because of the discolouration on the lenses. After I contacted the company I was told I would have to pay for shipping to have them corrected, I did pay for shipping and after I received the glasses for the 2nd time, the discolouration was no longer evident but the distortion was still there. I paid $383.00 for the sunglasses and was never able to wear them. I did not find them to be very concerned with my issue. My order was on June 23, 2021.

The frames felt very cheap.

The website is unclear. I ordered sport goggles for protection while wearing contacts. I did not need a prescription. When they arrived, they have demo lenses in them that have to be removed and replaced with safety lenses at an optometrist’s.

Ordered because the price was better than most retailers. They emailed me to say the colour ordered wasn't in stock and it would take about three weeks to get back in. Then got an email four days later that item had shipped. Glasses were delivered quick, in perfect condition. I had them shipped to Canada and didn't even get hit with duty/taxes (that's more luck than on CoolFrames, but still great). I reached out once asking for a tracking number and they got back to me within an hour. Very pleased with purchase.
