We are on a mission to bring world-class care to seniors living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our firm conviction lies in believing every patient deserves access to expert healthcare monitoring to receive personalized care, identify potential risks, consistent data collection, and experience thoughtful support. CopilotIQ differs from conventional care, which typically works off a single blood pressure and glucose measurement yearly. We zoom in and focus on collecting 1,000 times more readings and sharing the data with your current primary care team and a dedicated remote nurse to unlock a more detailed and holistic picture of your health profile.
CopilotIQ (copilotiq.com) has 208 customer reviews on Consumer Courier, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.

While I have had life changing events beginning March 1st and have been off a bit my nurse remains encouraging. Now, and for the next few weeks I am having work being done in my house, I am again thrown into chaos at home.

Hi the NP is very kind. Remind me to take the meds and check the blood pressure I sent to her. She checks in on time.

Not calling at scheduled times. Not calling at all. Changing scheduled times without consulting. Meter that reads 30 pts off

Hi Greg, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had inconsistent calls. You should be called at or near your scheduled time with your nurse. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your experience. With all glucose devices, there will be a margin of error; no two meters will give you the same reading. The most effective way to use a glucose meter is to use the same one consistently, and monitor your readings with a medical professional. I hope this helps, Greg, and thank you for your patience.
