The product is great it’s THE BEST multivitamin on the market. However, I paid extra for the one day delivery - ordered 9/7 didn’t receive until 9/11, which was when I was out of town so the package sat outside until Monday in AZ heat.

Hi Matthew, So sorry for the confusion. I am sorry that you thought you had paid extra for one day delivery. We do not offer one day delivery. You did choose Priority Mail by the Post Office and your package was shipped via Priority Mail. Nothing extra was charged. I am glad that you were able to take advantage of our Labor Day Sale and get a great discount. In the future if you need special service, please give us a call so that we can ensure we meet your expectations. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Brad

I responded to a 25% off coupon. As I was ordering the coupon dissappeared. I was concerned that this was a scam or someone had hacked into your site and might have gotten my credit card info. I wrote you about it and then received a 10% off coupon. When the product arrived only 3 of the 9 calcium supreme bottles arrived. I wrote you again about that and the additional product was promptly delivered. Was there some bad juju here?

Hi and thanks for your concern. The coupon codes are a marketing method and are automatically generated with a time limit. We took care of you with the discount and hope you are happy with our resolution. We also made a shipping error with your order of 3 x 3 bottles and only shipped 1 x 3 bottles by mistake. We immediately replied to your concern and verified our error and shipped you the balance of your order. We appreciate your concern and hope you are happy with our service. Thanks
