Dear The Transporter, Inc. We are sorry for any confusion. We have pulled the internet order placed on May 17th for the The Transporter, Inc. to find that the order failed. The order was missing the billing address so the internet marked the order as failed and states the address field is missing or incorrect. When placing the order this screen would have came up letting you know that the order would have incomplete and also an email would be sent to you. We're sorry that it did not go through, but please try again by ordering and filling out all the necessary fields. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department and they will walk you through to get the order completed for you. They are here from 9 am-6pm est. Thank you and we hope to get this processed for you and out for you. Sincerely, Paige Corpkit Legal Supplies

Hi Weston D, We're so sorry you were not happy with the stock certificates you received. We have pulled your order for Rockwell Company and see that you ordered not 25 certificates, but 40 Certificates, which is why the total came out to $84.00 before shipping cost. Our certificates are not printed on copy paper. Our certificates are printed on 25 lbs watermarked paper. If you look further at the certificates you can see the watermark in the background of each certificate and we only use the most high quality paper for our certificates, not printer paper. We only send the best to our customers. We're so sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase, but we do hope you find certificates that you are happy with. Thank you for sharing your experience. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies

Hi SL DUNLEVY INC, We're so very sorry about the misspelling on the binder, but were happy you were able to speak to one of our employees yesterday to make her aware of the issue. We have emailed you privately about fixing the binder. We are sending you out a new gold label for the spine to correct this issue on your magistrate kit. Please gently remove the original gold label and insert the new one in the spine. We're so sorry that this error occurred, but happy to hear all the other products in the kit were correct. Thank you for taking the time out to write an honest review and the gold label should be on it's way to you. Thank you for your business and sorry again for the misspelling. Hi, We're so sorry to hear that you feel that it takes a long time to receive the book. We process your order and we make sure everything is accurate before we ship it out to you. It may remain on hold if we have further questions to make sure that we only send you the most accurate product. We ship out using the postal service normally meaning the kit is sent to you in minimal time by using their services. It should take 2-3 days to receive the kit and we're actually surprised because this is the first time we have heard this comment. We do offer other shipping options if you do so prefer that and we would love to accommodate you in any way we can. We're going to reach out to you personally to discuss this shipping issues and see if there is anything we can do to further assist you. We're so sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we appreciate your business and you taking the time out to write the review. Sincerely, Paige Jansen Corpkit Legal Supplies
