Great service

Took 3 days when its suppose to take an hour.

It’s pretty easy & very worthable.

The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

Wasn't sure of this website at first, but has good policies and package came delivered very cleanly and carefully, nothing bent or wonky. Shipping took several days longer than expected, but did arrive within a week and a half. Overall, would purchase again.

Horrible customer service...i placed an order on may 22nd 2019 and on the site it stated that it would be delivered within 10 to 12 buisness days...it us now june 22nd 2019 still nothing. Sent emails nothing...thanks for ruining the birthday gift..now i must scramble to get something else. Your customer service is horrible...

I bought the certificate but haven‘t received for more than one month. I sent many emails to you. But you haven’t answer any. I just want to you to check where is my certificate. Your attitude makes me unhappy.
