The service was fast
The service was fast, but I am disappointed to have the blouses I ordered, arrive all scrunched up in an air-tight plastic 7” x 11”. To arrive without being all wrinkled would necessarily mean that they would be folded and arranged neatly in a mailing box. That’s how this order should have been handled.

We totally agree! But shipping from the east coast to the west coast has gone up roughly 60% since you owned CottonMill. We also migrated to site wide free shipping and upgraded your order to free 2nd day express shipping. While boxes are ideal, the shipping industry has dramatically changed over the last 7 years. Almost all of our shipping is based on the parcel size and not by weight. To keep our prices lower, we are forced use smaller packaging.
