If someone told me they're thinking of getting this app, I'd tell them to just go for it in a bit. I've been a member for two months now, and I'm glad I invested in it because I can literally do everything I need in just one place. I had two calls with Corey and Isabella, and they were really helpful when I needed to set everything up at the beginning. The CourseIQ community is my go-to place to ask questions, read other people's experiences, and learn from them. Luke is extremely active there, and he always answers people's inquiries within the week. When I launched, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but the community grounded me and helped me move forward. I had a really good first week, with 16 tripwire sales and 10 upsell purchases. I'm still learning and improving things, but that's a nice place to start. Oh, and also, the things you can do with this app are endless. I am now checking some of the tools they provide to make my funnel even better. I don't know what else I can say besides that it's great and I love it.

I have been offering online programs since Covid but have never really been able to break out of my warm audience and friends of friends. Luke's program showed me how to improve my offerings and sales page to make more sales conversions from my cold audience. Building an online busines that is finally working. I have been trying to build an online business on and off for a few years now. Most recently Courseiq came up on my instagram feed. I thought it might be easier to have someone show me the way, and trust me it was. This course has so much more than you pay for. The details and support that are given to help you succeed far outweigh the price you pay. If you are looking to build an online course, you have something you wnat to teach or continue teaching, this course is the place for you to be.

It’s fantastic to have everything you need to launch and manage a course in one place. Everything to do with setting up is clearly explained, with fantastic templates that I’m getting great conversions on. The best feature for me is the data capture so I can optimise.

I’ve been using courseiq for about 1 year now and am so thankful for all of its features. The launch lab is also really great in terms of simplicity for building products and marketing them. I’ve wanted to do this for years and this product and software finally got me to actually move the marker on this! I’m still figuring out a lot but this helped the small first steps.

I bought the Six Figure Launch Lab by CourseIQ. The sales page advertises an "Action-Taker Guarantee": if you do the work and feel it wasn't worth $37, email within 30 days for a full refund, with "No forms. No hoops." The reality is the opposite. I did go through the material before asking for my money back — this wasn't a "changed my mind" request. I genuinely didn't feel it was worth the $37 I'd paid, which is the exact standard the sales page guarantee sets. When I requested a refund within the window, I was pointed to a separate refund policy that demands "proof of action" — completed worksheets, screenshots of a product draft, and a formal submission. That is the definition of forms and hoops, and it flatly contradicts what's advertised at checkout. What makes it worse: it's the same named guarantee. The sales page calls it the "Action-Taker Guarantee" and promises no hoops; the refund policy uses the identical "30-Day Action-Taker Guarantee" name but requires you to demonstrate effort and submit proof. One guarantee, described two contradictory ways depending on which page you read. The support experience was extremely negative. Every reply was reluctant and simply pushed the refund policy back at me. When I directly raised the contradiction between "No forms. No hoops" and the proof-of-action requirements, it was ignored entirely — no acknowledgement, just the same policy quoted again. They would not honour the standard their own sales page sets, and would not process the refund. Advertising one thing to close the sale and enforcing the reverse when someone wants their money back is misleading. Buy with that in mind — "No hoops" is not what it means once you've paid.

I originally had a difficult experience with CourseIQ due to a missed meeting and some communication issues, but I want to update my review because Luke personally stepped in and took responsibility for the situation. He reached out directly, apologized, investigated what happened, and made things right by processing my refund. I really appreciate the way he handled it and the fact that he took real action to make sure I was treated fairly. What started as a frustrating situation became a much better experience because of Luke’s support and commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on how he handled everything, I do recommend CourseIQ, especially because they showed they care about making things right for their customers.
