3 days to ship is not accurate
Ordered product 12 days ago. Still don't have it. Was told it ships in 3 days on their website. Now I won't be home when it arrives. I would have been fine with the wait if I were informed it would take 14 days to arrive. I still believe the product itself will be great, but I wouldn't trust their shipping guarantee. FYI...

third company I tried,they all say the…
third company I tried,they all say the same thing about this crap they use for lining,its no more fleece then canvas is cotton,I won't use this company again as long as they know nothing about using a soft material for linin,sorry but I can't say anything good other then it came the day they said it would......THUMBS DOWN

Hello, Roy! You're right that it isn't soft like a blanket, and honestly, it's not meant to be. The bonded fleece liner is smooth and non-abrasive against your paint, but it's built to live outdoors: it sheds moisture, dries quickly, and doesn't trap grit the way a plush, clothing-style fleece would. That's why the lining feels similar across every outdoor cover maker. A liner that soft to the touch would feel great in your hand and cause problems on your vehicle. I bought American, but not impressed.
I bought a car cover from this American company, but I'm disappointed. It has dangling straps with plastic clips which I'm concerned could scratch the car. I cut them off. The cover arrives folded with the elastic bottom ends on the inside of the fold, making it necessary to spread the cover out and rearrange it before the first installation. There is no marking of front or back, so I had to figure that out for myself. Looking at the material, I doubt it would hold up during harsh weather conditions.

Not The Best nor What I Was Expecting.
I just had my 62 birthday, on December 19, and I've had my share of good and bad car covers, but this was the worst, especially when it came to figuring out where the attachments goes and how everything is suppose to fit. This cover doesn't come close to a smug fit, like it was advertised. Its size doesn't appear to been made to fit my Lexus NX 200t Sport. They were closed for the Holidays today. I have no alternatives but to return ASAP for a refund before it begins to freeze with hail, here in NC. I'm upset and irritated but I will listen to their explanation objectively.
