It took an unbelievably long period of time for the first transaction. OK I may have beel losing > 10% on bank wires, but at least they were same day, This took 7 days from start to finish. I will give them one more chance there are plenty of other competitors out there.

Had some trouble figuring out the required documents needed. Otherwise experience was smooth

Great solution, can really save time and money. Some things in the UI don't work, such as upload attachment. Support response is slow (if you expect for a quick transfer, you expect support to contact you within few hours on working days) But the overall experience was positive and I will definitely use this service next time.
