I wanted to clarify one issue before sending the money, so I wrote to the customer support. When I had no answer for about two days, I've tried to catch them by chat and this time it was successful. My original contact was lost, so I explained my concerns to their online assistant. He was able to answer my questions fairly quickly. Following his answers, I've sent the funds and the transaction has been completed very quickly and smoothly. Using this service saved me more than 160€ comparing to the cheapest alternative. Will definitely use them in the near future.
