Rude customer Service
I don't like the customer service.I spent a lot of money for a Philips INNOSPIRE GOPortable nebulizer.I won't recommend this company I hope people read this and shop with a different company if they need to order this item. No Return Policy.

Hi Nancy - our General Manager has reached out to you to find out what the issue might be related to the item you purchased. Please be on the lookout for that email. It's unclear as to why you would suggest customers not to buy from our company due to a return policy if they need this product. We stand behind all products we sell and if there are any issues, they are always resolved.

Convenient and competitive
Very convenient and competitively priced. The only issue I had is that they requested a copy of the prescription before they would process order I emailed them and told them I never had to provide that with previous vendors. They responded promptly and shipped the order.

I really like my SoClean2 machine
I really like my SoClean2 machine. My cpap machine is clean and fresh and I can breathe and sleep better.
