We appreciate your honesty, although we are disappointed to receive our first negative review and one-star rating from you, especially considering that you are a technician yourself. We understand that you may have expected a different outcome for your device, but we want to clarify that the issue you encountered was due to the device not meeting the supported criteria outlined in our service description and guidelines. In our service description, we clearly stated that certain device models are not supported due to specific locks. The description explicitly mentioned, "The phone should not be locked by device services, payment services, KG (Knox Guard) or MDM (Mobile Device Management)." This requirement was put in place to ensure a successful repair process. Additionally, in our Samsung cpid imei repair instructions, we provided special server instructions, guidelines, and rules that must be followed before processing a service. We specifically stated, "Mexican operator lock: MXO - this carrier has added an additional MDM style lock and even when the job is successfully completed, the phone re-locks within a few minutes after rebooting. In this case, DO NOT ORDER THIS DEVICE IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED." We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the compatibility of your device. We made sure to communicate the limitations clearly in our service description and instructions. Unfortunately, it seems that your device had an undisclosed MDM lock imposed by the carrier, which caused the phone to re-lock after the repair was completed. We understand your disappointment, but we want to assure you that we followed the provided guidelines diligently and completed the repair as intended. We take pride in our work and strive to deliver the best service possible. Upon further consideration, we acknowledge that you, being a technician yourself, had access to our guidelines and announcements through our Telegram channel and the service description. We take into account that the responsibility of adhering to the provided guidelines lies with the client. As a reputable service provider, we strive to ensure that all necessary information and guidelines are readily available to our clients. We have taken great care to communicate the restrictions and limitations of our service, including the specific device models and locks that are not supported.
