Recovering from surgery... ordered online....Checked in for pickup order.. checked in again after 30 mins... called the restaurant who says... the order has been ready... I don't know why it wasn't brought out.. waited an hour all total.. huge salad... container of dressing was half full.. should have been 2 for this huge salad... and NO CHEESE!!

Today I ordered a meatloaf meal for Uber delivery from 18151 Katy Frwy, Houston, Texas location. I should've ordered fast food instead. The meatloaf was topped with ketchup and I'm not sure what kind of cheap meat they used. Big waste of money!!

We order food from our local Cracker Barrel last night and got the meatloaf we used to love, but something has gone amiss with Cracker Barrel recently. Maybe it's inflation, maybe they can't find good help because of Coronageddon, who knows? Anyway, we had two orders of their meatloaf and it had large clumps of weird stretchy gristle, almost rubber band like. It was also really greasy and Dat really heavy on out stomachs. My wife couldn't even eat three bites after the first bite has a large lump of that stretchy gristle like substance. On the brightside, the greens were pretty good, but that doesn't make up for the downfall of their previously delicious meatloaf.

The chicken was pretty good actually. Mashed Potato's were decent. The biscuit's were edible. The dumplings were like I was in jail or something. The Gravy tasted like Medicine you don't eat.

Restaurant was clean and staff efficient and friendly. That is where the compliments end. Coffee was lukewarm - even replacement cups were not hot. Old Timers breakfast came with undercooked bacon (server said they "blanche" bacon and only crisp it upon request) and fried eggs came out looking poached - snow white, gelatin like, and tasteless. Bacon was not the "thick cut" advertised and even after recooking was still not crisp. Very disappointing

My husband and I both ordered the Chicken & Dumplings, which was a mistake. The dumplings were square, raw pieces of dough and to find the chicken we had to scrape through the gelatinous “gravy”. Lesson learned: avoid the Chicken & Dumplings!

Worst on-line ordering ever! It never works, and I have to end up calling the "to-go" person to order that way. This is not a recent issue! I have this problem EVERY time I attempt to on-line order!
