Great company, easy to deal with and very responsive to customer emails. Plus they make top of the line holsters that can’t be beat !! The only thing that I can think of is that the shipping takes a while to get to the states

We have purchased 6 holsters from CraftHolsters. Every one of them has been excellent! All required a short break-in period, resulting in a perfect fit. If they come loose to start with they will not be a perfect fit. It may appear too small and like the snap will never close but give it a little time breaking-in and all will be well. We are 100% satisfied with their products. Their customer service is second to none. We had the pleasure of working with Al and Lidia and they were extremely helpful. We highly recommend CraftHolsters!

The products and craftsmanship are superb, I bought a holster for my Kimber compact and it’s so well made I just pulled the trigger on one for a Sig P-365 I won in a raffle along with a double mag pouch. The shipping was super fast only took a few days as I used expedited shipping. I highly recommend this company

I bought the shoulder holster for my small S&W 442 because I do not like carrying pistols on my hip due to medical issues. The shoulder holster came to me very quickly and I have been very pleased with it. I wear it everywhere I go because it is easy to conceal even during the summer with a light vest that I wear all the time anyway. I have several craft holsters and plan to buy another one soon. They are well made! Thanks Craft.

I ordered a holster to fit an American Pistol 4.5 inch. I received a good looking holster but the fit is way off. It took two days of stretching the holster to get it to stop pulling the slid back on my gun and forget about the strap, there is no way to stretch it the three quarters of an inch it needs. Luckily it fits a smaller s&w 40 like a glove. Did they use the wrong template? I reviewed the holster twice on their storefront but they are not allowing my reviews to post nor do they respond. Makes you wonder....

Hey sir! Thanks for sharing your experience with our holsters. I'm very sorry to hear the holster didn't fit the gun you initially wanted it for, although I'm convinced you could easily stretch the strap if you follow our break in guide - https://www.craftholsters.com/break-in-guide. Anyways, glad to hear you found another gun you can use the holster with. However, if you're within 30 days of receiving your holster, you can still return it. Now when it comes to my colleagues, I'm sorry if you haven't heard back from them, but it's quite likely their emails simply ended in the spam folder.
