No way to view my order or find out when it was shipped out or if it has been shipped yet. There are more items on your website that we could use but not if things take as long as this order has. Thank you

The order for engraved pegs arrived without the pegs actually being engraved. The replacement order arrived but did not include the return shipping label for the first order. It got resolved quickly, but you asked about my experience.

Day 1: Order submitted Day 7: Package delivered to wrong address Day 10: I notified of them of delivery error and was told they would ship immediately and retrieve the wrongly delivered shipment. Day 18: Replacement order shipped after wrongly delivered order was received. Day 24: Expected delivery date. If there are problem with the order, I would expect to be contacted for clarification, prior to shipping to wrong address. I would also have expected that the order could be shipped without having to wait for the wrongly shipped order to be returned. Better communication is needed.

Not a great first experience and I hope to never have the need to order from Craftmaster for any reason. Based on my experience: The prices when comparing apples to apples for an exact model are for the most part the same as their competitors. They do not have real-time inventory so you may order something that doesn't state it's out of stock thinking they will ship right away when in reality they don't have it, and the website will even say "Expected to ship:" followed by a date that may be completely inaccurate. No one will email you or call you to let you know the item is on backorder so you will find out only when you're a couple of days late on when you expected to get your item. When receiving an email response to my inquiry about my late item (6 days) the response seemed prescripted and not very reassuring using words as "Should" and "Hopefully" in regards to when my item may ship out, and then I never got a response to why would the website give you inaccurate information and the risks we take by ordering from a supplier that can't even give you a definite answer leaving you helpless when trying to communicate with your client who is demanding answers from you for the delay in the project. The Craftmaster representative I was dealing with chose not to address those questions, or at least discuss the possibility of changing the shipping type so it does get to us quicker once they have it, therefore removing this supplier from our list of purchasing just as quickly as it made it on the list in the first place.

Craftmaster was good on delivery time but the item I ordered was not compatible with existing door hardware. So I spoke with John Ahern and requested a return authorization and after he tried to email the procedure for returns, I never received it. I went to your web site last week, entered all required information and still have received nothing. This item is a Sargent 28K-LL-26D nightlatch lever, cost $222 and I would really like to return it for credit and purchase the correct set. I would appreciate a call or an email to resolve this issue.,.
