Strongly advise everyone to stay away from creatify!! The AI-generated results are far below expectations and do not match the way the product is marketed. When I tried to resolve the issue, I contacted their live chat and sent multiple emails, but no one ever responded properly. Instead, the website only sends back robotic auto-replies saying “no refunds,” hiding behind a blanket No Refund Policy. This is extremely unfair and feels like a scam operation. A legitimate company should provide real customer service and stand by the quality of its product. Instead, they ignore paying customers and refuse any accountability. ⚠️ Please be very cautious before giving them your money. I wish I had read a warning like this before – consider this a red flag and avoid this company.

Creatify is basically a wrapper on top of video gen AI tools. You'd be better just buying the tools yourself. Also, the very second they take money from you it's non-refundable. Even if it's one minute afterwards and you haven't used the tool then they won't refund you. Not usually a practice that high-quality services use. Just saying.
