Very fast customer service, awesome voice(not eleven labs good yet) decent amount of UGC people in their selection. But 90% of them are all sitting down, they need more walking UGCs. And sometimes the face do distort a little. But it's very near perfect.

Really awesome product. So real it looks like it was recorded by real people. The voice and tone, lip syncing and eye contact are amazingly real. You can create different aspect ratio videos as well as editing and changing backgrounds that match your script! I highly recommend this product.
