one Rep states they will challenge and escalate an issue, two weeks later we call to check the status, another Rep states they will do it again as it was not done the first time. Today they call and state that they cant escalate because it has never been initially been challenged.

They have been a wonderful help on things I wasn't sure how to do!

I am so happy that i enrolled with credit repair.com...they move fast with getting removals off my credit, they keep me updated on any changes to my account...they have a high rating A- with the BBB... My credit score went up from very low in a few month to a much better score. Im proud to see the direction my credit heading... Thanks to Creditrepair.com!!!
