CrochetparkReviews of crochetpark.com

I enjoyed getting all the items I needed to start the bag. However, I had a little problem getting the videos when I needed them, most likely because I was slow to complete. It said that it should take 7 days, but I took 7 weeks because of my eyes and hands (RA) but when I emailed them, they sent me the videos. The videos are easy to follow and very detailed. I enjoyed making this purse!

Ordered another crochet kit and am heavily dependent on their video tutorials. The card and link they’ve sent takes me to the wrong tutorial. No answer to any emails with my request for the correct tutorial.

I brought 2 products a bag which I have not looked at yet as it is a Christmas present and no issues as yet. I also ordered a shawl to make. I am looking forward to making the shawl as I have never done crocheting and a tutorial would be on hand to help with easy instructions. I was disappointed that the two products came in the same box and not in separate ones

Have bought 2 kits so far. Quality is excellent - everything you need and really helpful videos for any tricky bits. Also - big shout out to Terry for excellent customer service in helping me replace a handle I managed to trap in a car door! Thank you so much!

The wrong item was sent and requesting help goes no where. Their customer service email gets returned. I am stuck with something I didn't order and no way to contact anyone to correct.

High quality crochet projects with everything you need delivered in a beautiful box that can be used to gift the project if desired. The written instructions are easy to follow, but the instruction videos are an added benefit. Interactions with customer service via email was easy and efficient if needed.

I love the design of my Crochetpark bag! The crochet style is charming and adds a lovely touch to my outfits. Such a cute accessory!
