Speedy and fantastic artwork!

Quick and easy. Great gift for my clients.

I paid extra to jump the line in order to receive my order by Christmas, and when I got my confirmation email it said that I’d be contacted by an artist within 2 business days. As of this writing it’s been 4 days and have yet to receive an email from an artist. The order tracker still says “received”. So when I selected “jump the line” it really meant pay an extra $20 for nothing. I hope the folks over at Crown & Paw have a good Christmas with that extra money they charge for nothing.

Seems to be great so far! Hoping to receive it by christmas, I know my boyfriend is going to love it. I wish I could have ordered sooner.

The process is confusing. I'm hoping that I ordered what I intended and will receive it. I do love the product...the photo turned out wonderful on the approval link. But, the process is not clear...I'm assuming the cart at the end are additional items. Then, at the end I added a tip for the artist and it asked if I wanted the order expedited. I thought it was a good idea since the process took longer than expected, but I'm assuming it just expedited the tip (from what it said).

Even in the midst of the holiday season and I did pay extra to 'skip the art queue,' things really did move along much more quickly than I was expecting! Art work is always SO awesome and I'm really excited to give my sister this gift. :)
