Cruise Norway- Worldwide ExpeditionsReviews of cruisenorway.com

WE SO ENJOYED SEEING THE WESTERN FJORD COAST OF NORWAY WITH ALL OF ITS BEAUTY. THE SHIP WAS AMAZING AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE CREW WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TOO. THE ONE EXCURSION ON THE TRAM WASN'T SO MEMORABLE, BUT OUR OTHER EXCURSIONS WERE GREAT. WE ARE MOST GRATEFUL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE ALL OF IT!!! MANY THANKS, DIANA, FOR ALL OF YOUR KIND, WONDERFUL HELP, AND THANKS TO ARTHUR FOR ALL OF HIS HELP WITH THE FLIGHTS AND LODGING!!!

Prompt and effective personalised service. John Ambat is passionate about customer service and we appreciated it very much

In the month of August 2026 I took the Hurtigruten cruise of Norway and could not be happier. My travel consultant Diana Akopyan did an outstanding job in communicating all tour related information and assisting with the booking. Diana was always available to address any concerns and provide necessary clarifications. We built my tour based on my needs and Diana's knowledge and recommendations and all worked just great! Without any hesitation I would recommend Diana as a travel consultant and will be working with her on my future travel plans. Dear Diana, thank you very much for all your help, knowledge and my unforgettable experience, very much appreciated!

I recommend Steve Cappa with Cruise Norway highly! He is prompt to respond to any question, so knowledgeable and helpful. We added on additional passengers and had a lot of logistical questions as we hadn’t cruised with Hurtigruten before! We will definitely use him again for cruises outside Norway as he can book anything!

We booked a trip to Antarctica — exciting in itself, but naturally there are a lot of moving parts and plenty of things that can go wrong. Luckily, with Steve, the entire experience has been seamless. From changing our details, booking the trip, answering questions, providing advice, dealing with credits and discounts — we basically just tell Steve what we want to do and somehow he makes it happen. Our original Antarctica trip ultimately didn't happen, so we had to go through cancellations, refunds, future travel credits and eventually rebooking a completely new trip. It got complicated pretty quickly, at least from our end. With Steve, it never felt complicated. We told him what we wanted, he figured out everything that needed to happen behind the scenes, and now we're booked for Antarctica again. But honestly, one of the things that stands out the most is just how incredibly responsive and genuinely nice he is. And when I say responsive, I mean responsive. Early morning, lunchtime, late at night — I don't think I've ever waited more than a few minutes for a response. At one point I actually had to ask him what time zone he was in because I couldn't understand how he was always answering so quickly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with and wants everything to go right for them. Planning a trip like Antarctica is a big deal, and having someone like Steve handling everything makes a huge difference. We couldn't recommend him enough — and considering we've already trusted him with Antarctica twice, I think that says it all.

Steve Cappa is absolutely awesome! It is a total blessing that I found Steve after an online travel special directed me to his company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve Cappa! He is an exceptional travel agent and has made planning our trips so easy and enjoyable. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. He pays attention to the little details, answers every question, and truly takes the time to make sure everything is exactly right. Whether it’s choosing the right accommodations, working through complicated travel arrangements, or simply giving great advice, I always feel like we are in excellent hands. What I appreciate most is that Steve genuinely cares about his clients and their experience. That kind of personal service is hard to find today. I am ask him a lot of questions and I feel terrible and he always reminds me that I am not a bother. He is so helpful and reassuring. We are extremely grateful to have Steve helping us with our travels and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and truly outstanding travel agent. Steve is simply the best!

The company was very responsive and everything went off as planned. I dealt with Matthew who was very helpful and responsive to changes and requests for information.

If you’re even thinking about booking a once-in-a-lifetime expedition cruise, stop searching and call Steve Cappa. He planned our entire Silversea Antarctica voyage this past January, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first conversation to our return stateside, Steve was supremely knowledgeable, incredibly informative, endlessly patient, unfailingly kind, and astonishingly responsive. Our group of 10 travelers came together from different cities and each with our own preferences and questions. Steve handled every detail with grace and precision—coordinating flights, transfers, cabin selections, and special requests so smoothly that it felt effortless. He took the time to understand what each of us wanted from this adventure and tailored everything accordingly. What truly set Steve apart was how he stepped up when we hit a major snag: unexpected flight delays in Chile threatened to disrupt our entire itinerary. While the rest of us were scrambling, Steve was unbelievably emphatic and responsive which helped calm down our angst about missing the whole trip. We only missed a few days due to the weather and then made it onto The Silver Wind which was simply spectacular! The trip was truly an adventure—of a lifetime. Glaciers, wildlife, polar sunsets, and memories we’ll cherish forever. None of it would have been so seamless without Steve’s expertise, warmth, and dedication. He didn’t just book a cruise; he crafted an experience and stood by us every step of the way. If you want a travel agent who truly cares, knows his craft inside and out, and will go above and beyond when it matters most, Steve Cappa is your person. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough—he’s easily the best in the business! I have already booked my next adventure through Steve for next summer which will be a Mediterranean cruise in Silversea again with 11 others!! If that’s not a testament to how amazing Steve is, then I don’t know what is.
