Chip on bottom of cup

I was super excited about the poster that I ordered for my classroom, but then it got cancelled. Still haven't seen my refund.

One week after placing my order, I hadn’t received shipping information. I emailed and 24 hours later, still no reply. I emailed again and finally got tracking. My item shipped from China. I have no issues with that except that had I known, I may not have ordered as i know shipping can take forever.

The size of the poster was supposed to be 24" x 36", I bought a frame to support this size. The poster was undersized and thus does not fit the frame properly.

It’s Ben 17 days still not receive a shipping confirmation, plus got a e mail saying it would take 15 days to get it so to me a company that takes over 35 days to get a product but yet accept your money right away is a pore company.example I don’t pay for my groceries 35 days in advance…

Meh. I ordered over a month ago, I haven’t received any emails confirming my purchase, or any update dates on shipping or a time/date delivery estimate.. now I read the reviews for this company and I’m skeptical I’ll ever receive my print or if I do it will be low quality and there will be bad customer service to rectify my problem. I run a very successful service business, and this is NOT the way to run a successful business. I won’t use this site again. Now you want me to agree to all your terms and conditions to post this review. OK.

The print quality is very poor. It is blurt and in some places even double printed. The worst part is there is a typo! I have reached out to customer service to see if I can get a good quality print (with correct spelling) so we’ll see how they respond.

The poster came and looked like trash. The quality looks blurry and is not getting hung on any wall in my house. Not happy with product.
