My company has relied on Crystal Images, Inc. since late 2009. We have a pretty steady stream of orders, and some are with short turnarounds. Recently, we had a VERY short turnaround order. As always, they came through: helping with suggestions, ensuring we were satisfied and delivering BEFORE deadline. I can't say enough about the customer service and the quality of materials. I have ordered from Crystal Images for a long time, but this purchase was different. The original awards that I ordered got lost and were in more states in 2 weeks than most people in their entire lives. Melonie and crew at Crystal Images moved heaven and earth to find them and once they were located and it was figured out they would not arrive on time, they made and sent replacements that reached me at the conference on time. Not many companies would go that extra mile, but this one does. I thank everyone for making this a perfect outcome.
