horrible customer service
don't have any complaints on their work. they will hang up on you and tell you that you "signed off". not a good example of good customer service. it was only $20 investment for me, but for big projects, go with someone else.

Quality product
I am very pleased with the product. Everything was flawless; ease of ordering online and proofing the artwork, the delivery, the packaging, the piece itself. I'm so glad I found such a high quality product to give to my hubby to celebrate our 15th on the 15th. Cheers!

Excellent service and perfect product and engraving.

Amazing. Couldn't have asked for more.
Even when FedEx DROPPED THE BALL - CrystalPlus went above and beyond to make it right! Constant communication, EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and a beautiful product.
