Made me aware of little tricks to get from one place to another

The teacher made the topics interesting. I loved the chapters so I wasn't overwhelmed with a lot of information all at once. The labs were helpful and fun.

Engaged instructed with real world knowledge.

The content was well taught. I wish it was a little more hands on.

Instructor made it easy to follow along. Made sure all participants were getting the process. Good explanation and communication of excel application and functions.

Courses with CTS are taught by expereinced users of the technology or knowledge in the course, so they are able to respond to student questions effectively. When I signed up, I didn't realize how much more studying I will need to do prior to taking certification exams. The instruction is solid but designed to be introductory and the student will have to continue to prep on their own.

Angela was a great teacher! Very thorough and made the content easy to understand. My only misgiving was that the files and the text book did not match. The numbers and values were different- which can be confusing.

Great class for Basics! Looking forward to Part 2!
