I was really skeptical from a Facebook ad but CubeBik had the gift I wanted to surprise my sister with. I took a chance that I wouldn't get ripped off. I bought the humorous coffee mug and sent it to her. Come the New Year and I never heard from my sister so I questioned if she ever got it. I wrote to the company on their form (again, skeptical it would ever get read) and lo and behold, a day later they came back with a delivery date of 12/29. I called my sister finally and she admitted she did receive it but never, ever thought I would be the one to send it so she never mentioned anything. Haha! Siblings, right? CubeBik's product is well made, their service is straightforward, and their customer service response is far more prompt than most online companies. I would highly recommend this company for your gift giving...even if it's to yourself.
