Awesome place to work with some really neat cat items.

The cat mat is exactly as it's presented in their advertisement. The color is 100% accurate and the size is true to what they say it is. My cats immediately took to it and are loving it !

They would not honor their 30 day guarantee if your cat doesn’t love the cuddle mat. It’s taken me almost 2 months to try to get this resolved as my cat won’t have anything to do with the mat. Their responses were timely but they just sent me their return policy which doesn’t include the guarantee that they promote and advertise. To be continued…

The quality of the catbed was Extremely poor. Clearly the picture is not what you get. I paid 40 dollars, bed is worth about 8 at best.

I rarely write a review, but this CozyClaw Mat by Cuddlesmeow really deserves a shoutout. My cat immediately fell in love with the midnight black mat and finally freed my sofa. No more scratching. The product really comes as they said. It's easy to place (the bottom part makes it easily stick to a bed or sofa), and when it comes to cleaning, just putting it in a washing machine can clean up all the piled-up fur and dirt. The mat is purrfect for lazy cat owners like like me. Thank you, Cuddlesmeow team!

After waiting weeks for my order, I only received TWO of the FIVE items I ordered. So I tracked my order on their website and the status is fulfilled with all five items. I sent a message to Cuddlesmeow and waiting for a response. Updates to follow as I continue to attempt to receive what I paid good money for.
