While CUDDLY cannot create a monthly donation on your behalf, we never want our donors to make donations they did not intend. Our team can take a look at your situation and assist where they can. Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. Any updates we get about the animals automatically show up on their campaign page, and if you've donated to the animal, they'll be automatically emailed to you.We do try to get regular updates, but as you might expect, animal welfare organizations are very busy. If there is a campaign that you are wanting updates on, our friendly customer service team at [email protected] would love to look into that for you and reach out to our rescue partners to get more information if needed.
