The work was good quality but wasn’t done in timely fashion
The work was good quality but wasn’t done in a timely manner it took the 3-4 weeks for them to do it and I had to call and the person finally came out to complete the job. I also paid up front I was instructed to pay for the service with a check and the form and then someone would come get it and start it took so long I thought I had gotten ripped off but then they came out and did a great job

Irene, thank you for your review. Sometimes we receive an extremely high number of orders from various areas and we get a little held up by the work volume. We do our best to service each customer in a timely manner and as weather permits.
