Poor craftsmanship. Poor CS
I bought a custom bobble head for my gf for valentines day. This was in January of 26. She has about 30 others on display and this was going to be a special gift. It was waaaaay out of my price range and I bought it on payments. I was moving the bobble head collection around in mid October and the clay on the head was exfoliating and cracking. I wrote in and asked them to fix it. They want me to buy another one for $60+ shipping. They told me it is because I did not care and store it properly. Like I said, we have many other bobble heads, a lifetime collection and they have all been sitting together for 10 years. No issues with the others. Also, there is a little note board on the base of the platform. The lettering fell off. The paint also is sticky on the arms and dust and particles stick to it and cannot be cleaned off. Not taking responsibility for your craftsmanship is really disappointing and I feel bad for getting my partner a gift that is falling apart this way.
