Great service, fast shipping, etc. My only issue is that the button template onscreen doesn't seem quite to scale. The buttons I received, while obviously matching the dimensions specified, seemed larger than the pictures shown as examples, and I might have chosen my size differently had I worked with the measurements rather than the pictures.

This is my second time ordering buttons. This time I had a complex order. I called to ask questions prior to ordering and the person who answered the phone answered all of the questions. I really appreciate the quick response to any questions whether by email or phone. I would definitely use again. My orders always meet the timeframe and the quality is great.
