I had a next day order for a tight timeline, and they provided a tracking number, but didn't actually ship it until the following day. When pressed, they offered to refund the express shipping. I asked for a full refund for the order, since the event had passed, and they said I could ship it back to them for a partial refund (minus shipping costs). I order SWAG daily, this company may be the worst.

They mailed me someone else's order. I paid priority because the id cards were urgently needed. Unbelievable how poor their service is. Everything is shipped from China, so I was screwed for my event.

Horrible Experience while ordering lanyards. Lanyards arrived, but they dropped a whole letter out of the word on the design. It is super noticeable. They dropped the i on the second proof when it was correct on the first proof. Ridiculous and whoever they have doing artwork is clearly incompetent and needs to do better As a business owner, I decided to give them a try since their prices were lower, now I can see why. I would rather pay more and have good customer service. I work with vendors all the time and I have never seen such a ridiculous response on a mistake like this. When they corrected one issue and and I approved it again, I didn't see that they made another mistake. Their intractable response is so disappointing and I will never do business with them again. They should take responsibility for this and they know that. Extremely disappointing that they don't stand behind their work or reputation.

Horrible shipping and cutomer service. Order had an estimated arrival of 2/24. Hasn't even shipped as of 3/4. When I called and questioned the status, I was told 2/24 was only an estimate. OK - but now it will almost 10-14 days past the "estimated" date. When I asked for them to expedite the shipping, they told me they would have to check the cost. No accountability. Never buying from them again.

They have a 2 day processing period, and the a 3 day shipping wait(excluding weekends ). I have had my product stuck in shipping and customs for over a week. This company does not adhere to its own policies and when they don"t meet their expectancies< do not deliver. If you are looking for a date that they promise, do not expect it. They are horrible. Apparently, they order from companies over seas that require a customs process that they can not deliver on. Amaziny for a company that claims to be in the US

Ordered product for an event this week , and estimated arrival was 9/30 which gave me leadway inquired 10/1 on shipping r details and were told it was shipping that day. I did not get a shipping update so I contacted them and asked, I was hung up on 3 times while waiting for an answer then used live chat who disconnected me twice. Sent a email and was told UPS delays, they say they are in Texas?? Now they just told me it’s coming from China and they have a holiday until Oct 9th and will update me when it’s shipped. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

This has been an absolute nightmare. My order was supposed to be delivered by August 6th for a client event, and here we are—FedEx called AGAIN to say all four of my boxes have the same shipping label attached. Because of this, nothing is moving. I’ve called, emailed, even spoke to Lobby, the manager, who promised to help—but still nothing has been fixed. The tracking hasn’t updated since July 25th, and FedEx confirmed the shipment can’t be processed unless new labels are sent. How hard is it to email updated labels to FedEx so the shipment can actually leave? If these bags don’t arrive by August 6th, they’re useless to me—and I’ve made it clear I will not accept them after that date. This is ridiculous. I’ve wasted time chasing answers, calling FedEx myself, and even offering their direct contact info). Still no resolution. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I’ll be cancelling the entire order through my credit card and printing with someone else. Completely unacceptable experience.

Yap worst company ever, never made it to the actual order arriving. Now it’s going to cost me 800+ more to get it here on time
