I’ve made several orders from this company and unfortunately quality is hit or miss. Font thickness is sometimes visibly different across different SKUs, some of my gift boxes crack at the fold lines, etc. Be EXTREMELY careful and be sure to proof read EVERYTHING as they random misprints will show up on the proofs. Turnaround times are VERY long and deadlines are rarely met and I continuously have to email in for updates. Empty promises. Customer service has a lot of room for improvement.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and definitely a well-deserved 5/5 experience.

Reached out to try and upgrade my shipping as I needed my order in a hurry. I'm not on the mainland so delays are pretty normal. The person from customer service called me the same day, explained there had been an issue with my order. Honestly this person bent over backwards to fix my issue and sorted out the shipping for no extra charge since there had been an issue. My items arrived the next day, which is unheard of where I live. Can't say how much I appreciate this as I actually needed the items for an appointment prior to my launch, so I would have been gutted if they didn't get here in time. I would like to Thank You Scott from the sales team for helping me out with all this. I'll definitely order again.

I've been using this company for my PR boxes, and it's been a smooth experience so far. They are much more professional compared to other printers in New York. One major plus is that they always respond on time and ensure approval before moving to the next phase of production. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable printer to create boxes for their PR campaigns.

Don't work with Custom Made Packaging. Horrible customer service by account manager Matthew when he made a mistake on an order took zero accountability and refuses to give a refund.

Quality products. Webshop well executed with detailed information such as product dimensions and variants. Ordering procedure went smooth (the products even came *clean*!).
